I ADORE this man, his voice, his sass and smarts and yes, his undeniable yumminess and I think he has managed to put out a pretty decent album considering the time constraints he had and decision-making by Idol bigwigs...It's really a shame that a great talent like David Cook got so rushed through the process because, based on Analog Heart, I know this man has GREAT songwriting abilities and I think the album could have been a bit more interesting if he'd just had the time to write everything by himself. Can't stop listening to Permanent, A Daily AntheM, Lie and Kiss on the Neck. My faves! I agree with you to some extent and I know you are not knocking David.
