Top Country Crooners Team Up for How Great Thou Art Gospel Album
I think this was done at the historic Grand Ole Opry, which is one of the places that I have to visit before I die or stop liking Country music.
Carrie Underwood’s official YouTube page just dropped this video that’s essentially a YouTube advertisement for the compilation, but it features a nice rendition of “How Great Thou Art” by Carrie Underwood, which makes you think that the rest of the CD will be pretty good! Other notables on the album are Brad Paisley, Dierks Bentley, Sara Evans, Vince Gill, Trace Adkins, and a bunch of others!
I’m definitely not known to be a Christian music listening-type, but this sounds like a pretty cool way to get into some true classics of the church-going brand.
